Top Junior Field Ready to Take Asian U19 Championships

Less than nine months after winning the 2014 Badminton Asia Junior U17 Boys' Singles title, Thailand’s local hope and Team VICTOR future star Kantaphon Wangcharoen will be back in action in Bangkok’s CPB Badminton and Sport Science Training Center in the U19 Championships from 28 Jun to 5 Jul.

Wangcharon is the fifth seed while the other Thai favorite Kantawat Leelavechabutr enters as the third seed, both seeking breakthrough on the professional tour as well and making the semifinals at the recent Smiling Fish Thailand International Series
 
Other international contenders include top-seeded Indonesian Firman Abdul Kholik, second-seeded Cheam June Wei of Malaysia, and fourth-seed Korean Seo Seung Jae. All of the top boys’ seeds are proudly equipped with VICTOR products.
 
VICTOR, as the official partner of the Badminton Asia Confederation (BAC), will also be providing the young talents and the tournament with its quality court equipment, uniforms, and shuttlecocks.

Seo Seung Jae, Korea's up and coming talent, would be the fourth seed in the Boys' Singles competition.

Malaysian Junior National Team is #readytowin and setting sights on the golds.
 
Lee Hong Sub, Lim Su Min
Lee Hong Sub and Lim Su Min are also looking to take a U17-U19 double having triumphed for the Boys' Doubles U17 crown last November.
